Standard processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or customized items may require an extra 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Peak periods

During launch events, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may extend by 1–2 business days. Any known delays will be announced on this page.

United States (US)

  • Standard: 7–14 days
  • Expedited: 5–9 days

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Import fees

Depending on your country’s rules, customs duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.

Customs delays

Customs processing can add time beyond our estimates. We’ll support documentation requests if needed.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Wrong or incomplete address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We’ll try to update it before dispatch. Once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed and carrier fees may apply.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (domestic) or 12+ days (international), or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number + photos. We’ll open a carrier investigation and make it right.

Missed delivery / return-to-sender

If a parcel returns due to missed delivery or an incorrect address, we can reship (postage applies) or refund the item(s) minus original shipping.

Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

Split shipments

To deliver faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive a tracking email for each parcel.

Pre-order items

Orders containing pre-orders ship once all items are ready, unless you choose separate shipping at checkout (additional fees may apply).

We use cushioning and sturdy boxes to protect delicate pieces. Gift notes are available at checkout.
