Eligibility & Return Window
Standard return window
You can request a return within [30 days] of delivery (proof of delivery date required). Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all gifts/accessories included.
Exchanges
No exchanges are welcome unless the product itself is defective. If the preferred item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund according to your preference.
Non-returnable items
- Custom/personalized pieces (engraved, made-to-measure, custom stacks)
- Final-sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Earrings (hygiene) and opened fragrance/diffuser/candle products
- Used or worn items, missing tags, or incomplete sets/bundles
- Gift cards and downloadables
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Start a Return or Exchange
Tip: To speed things up, have your order number and photos (if damaged/wrong item) ready.
Step-by-step
- Submit a request: Go to Returns Portal or email [lianbe21@gmail.com] with your order number, photo and reason.
- Get approval & RMA: We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RMA number and instructions.
- Pack securely: Use original packaging if possible. Include the RMA inside the parcel.
- Ship with tracking: Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. Return shipping is [customer’s responsibility] unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.
- Inspection & processing: Allow 1–3 business days after delivery to our returns center.
- Refund/credit issued: See timelines below.

Refunds, Store Credit & Timelines
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice during the request).
Processing times
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after arrival
- Refund to card/PayPal: 3–10 business days (bank speeds vary)
- Store credit: issued immediately after approval
What’s refundable
Product price is refundable. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable unless we made an error or your item was defective.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Report window & proof
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Resolution options
We’ll prioritize a free replacement or fast exchange. If unavailable, choose store credit or a full refund (including return shipping where applicable).
Exchanges for Size/Style
Quick swaps
For bracelets/rings, we offer one free size exchange per order within [30 days] (you pay return shipping; we cover outbound standard shipping for the replacement).
Out-of-stock scenarios
If your requested size or style is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
Bundles, Gifts & Promotions
Sets & bundles
Sets must be returned complete. If you keep part of a bundle, the refund reflects the full-price value of the kept items.
Gifts
If you received a gift, we can issue store credit to your email. Please provide the gift order number or the giver’s name/email.
Free gifts with purchase
Free gifts must be returned if returning the qualifying item. If kept, the gift’s retail value will be deducted from the refund.
International Returns (Customs & Duties)
Duties & taxes
For cross-border orders, import fees are collected by your country. These are not refunded by us. For exchanges due to our error/defect, we’ll advise on documentation to minimize repeat fees.
Marking your parcel
Mark the parcel “Returned Goods” to reduce customs delays. Include your RMA number on the label.

About natural crystals
Color variations, internal inclusions, veils, or growth lines are natural features, not defects. Each piece is unique and inspected before shipment; slight variations are expected and celebrated.Perfectionists, please do not place an order.
When it’s a defect
Chips, cracks from transit, broken clasps, or incorrect sizing on arrival are treated as defects—contact us and we’ll fix it.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Before shipment
You can request a cancellation or change within [2 hours] of placing the order. After dispatch, please use the standard return process.
Price adjustments
If an item goes on promo within [7 days] of your purchase, contact us; we’ll refund the difference as store credit (one adjustment per order).
