We stand behind our craftsmanship and want your pieces to last. Below you’ll find what our warranty covers, how to file a claim, and practical care steps for crystal and gold-plated jewelry so everything stays beautiful longer.

Warranty Coverage

What’s covered

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for one months from delivery. Examples include faulty clasps, links failing under normal wear, stones loosening due to setting issues, or items arriving damaged.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or chips from impact
  • Plating fade/discoloration from friction, skin chemistry, or chemicals
  • Damage from perfumes, skincare, seawater/pools, ultrasonic cleaners
  • Bent/pulled chains, lost items, unauthorized repairs

Note on plating: Our gold-tone components are gold-plated (e.g., gold-plated over 925 silver). Plating wear is not a defect.

Duration & eligibility

Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Tip: Have your order number and clear photos/video ready for faster approval.

Step-by-step

  1. Submit a request: Email [lianbe21@gmail.com] with your order number and issue details.
  2. Receive RMA: We reply within 1 business day with your RMA number and shipping instructions.
  3. Return for inspection: Pack securely and ship with tracking.
  4. Resolution: After inspection (1–3 business days), we’ll repair or replace. If unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund per policy.

Costs & shipping

If the claim is approved, we cover return shipping and the outbound shipping of your repaired/replacement item. If the claim is not approved, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Repairs, Re-Plating & Re-Stringing

Complimentary fixes

Within [30 days] of delivery, we offer free re-stringing for elastic bracelets that loosen unusually under normal wear (one time per order). You pay inbound shipping; we cover the return.

Paid services

Out-of-warranty re-stringing, clasp replacement, and re-plating are available at a transparent flat fee. Typical turnaround: [5–10 business days] plus shipping.

The 5 golden rules

  • Last on, first off: Wear jewelry after skincare/perfume; remove before shower, swim, gym, or sleep.
  • Wipe after wear: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove oils/sweat.
  • Avoid chemicals: Perfume, sunscreen, alcohol wipes, chlorine, and cleaners can dull crystals and wear plating.
  • Roll, don’t pull: For elastic bracelets, roll over the hand—do not overstretch.
  • Store smart: Keep pieces separate in airtight pouches with anti-tarnish tabs.

Cleaning by material

  • Quartz family (amethyst, citrine, clear quartz): brief rinse in lukewarm water + a drop of mild soap; rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Porous/soft stones (malachite, lapis, turquoise, selenite): no soaking; use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
  • Sterling silver (925): polish with a silver cloth; store airtight to slow tarnish.
  • Gold-plated (over silver or brass): no abrasives or chemicals; wipe gently and avoid friction with other pieces.

Cords & chains

Avoid heavy charms on fine chains. Elastic will naturally relax with use; contact us if it loosens prematurely.

Storage & Travel

At home

Store in separate compartments or soft pouches to prevent scratches; add silica gel to reduce humidity.

On the go

Use a travel case with dividers; keep away from cosmetics and liquids. Avoid leaving jewelry in hot cars or direct sunlight for long periods.

Authenticity & Natural Variations

What to expect

Natural crystals may display color zoning, inclusions, internal veils, or growth lines—these are natural characteristics, not defects. Each piece is quality-checked before shipping.

Metal notes

Gold-toned components are gold-plated, not solid gold. Silver-toned components are 925 sterling silver unless stated otherwise.
